We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions (sales, credit, operations, collections, telecalling, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
Manage offer negotiations, documentation follow-ups, and joining confirmations
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily hiring reports
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for new joiners
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for urgent and bulk hiring needs
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of BFSI hiring (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Excellent sourcing and screening skills
Basic Excel and MS Office knowledge
Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Salary
As per industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
