Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, job portals, networking, and employee referrals
.
Create, update, and post
job descriptions
across job boards, internal channels, and social platforms.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess
skills, experience, salary fit, and cultural alignment
.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support them throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, collect interviewer feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the
ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
Track and monitor hiring metrics and share
weekly recruitment reports
with management.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and documentation as per company policy.
Support HR operations including
onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and database management, Employee Engagement
(as required).
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
or a related field.
Proven experience as a
Recruiter / HR Executive
in a corporate or staffing environment.
Strong sourcing skills using
LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple roles, and meet hiring deadlines.
Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment metrics, and industry best practices.
Preferred Skills.
Familiarity with
ATS tools
and recruitment software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment effectively.
