About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring at Tech IFM. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment -- sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Source candidates via job portals, social media, and networking.

Conduct interviews, manage feedback, and close offers.

Maintain recruitment data and support employer branding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

0-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply).

Strong communication, networking & coordination skills.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS is a plus.
