Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
HR Recruiter
to join our growing team on a renewable contract basis. The role is primarily
work-from-home
, with occasional
field visits or stakeholder meetings
as required. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle for healthcare and multi-industry staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
Assess candidates for skill fit, culture compatibility, and role suitability
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
Coordinate feedback and follow up on interview processes
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support verification, onboarding, and joining formalities
Manage bulk and niche hiring requirements
Attend field meetings with hospitals or corporate clients whenever required
Ensure timely closures and high-quality candidate delivery
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and documentation standards
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in recruitment (Healthcare hiring experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage end-to-end hiring independently
Comfortable with
WFH environment and flexible working hours
Willingness to attend client or hospital meetings when required
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, ATS/Google sheets)
High ownership, accountability, and professional integrity
