The Mentor, established in 2006, is a leading recruitment consultancy in Nagpur, providing IT and Non-IT hiring services across PAN India. We are expanding our HR & Operations team and looking for a passionate HR Recruiter.
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking
Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews
Manage offer rollout, negotiation and joining follow-up
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with clients for job briefs, updates and feedback
Support onboarding, documentation and basic HR operations
Assist in MIS reporting, internal activities and process improvements
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment
Strong understanding of job portals and hiring processes
Good communication, negotiation and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Consultancy experience is an added advantage
