The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles as per company requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting HR activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
2. Recruitment Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment updates and share status reports.
Coordinate technical rounds, HR rounds, and final discussions with candidates.
3. Interview & Selection Process
Explain job descriptions, company policies, and growth opportunities to candidates.
Conduct HR interviews as per company guidelines.
Support salary negotiation and offer discussions.
4. Documentation & Onboarding Support
Collect candidate documents, process background checks, and assist with onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities documents.
Maintain candidate databases and tracker sheets.
5. Employer Branding & Communication
Post job vacancies on various platforms.
Engage with candidates professionally and maintain good employer reputation.
Network to build talent pipelines for future requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
Education & Experience
Graduate in any field (HR preferred).
1 year of experience
in recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Construction / Interior / Generalist - as per requirement).
Experience in handling junior to mid-level hiring.
