Requisites:



Any graduate+ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment.

Excellent English communication skills

Experience with recruitment job portals

Knowledge of telephonic interviews

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

Conduct preliminary interviews

Coordinate with candidates and clients

Follow up with candidates

Maintain database and track recruitment metrics
