Identify manpower needs for various showroom departments (Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Inventory, Security, Housekeeping, Karigar staff, etc.).
Create and update job descriptions based on role requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and industry contacts.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads/showroom managers.
Conduct reference checks, background verification, and documentation collection.
Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple showroom locations (if applicable).
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Assist in onboarding formalities--offer letters, joining kits, induction scheduling, ID creation, etc.
Build strong talent pipelines for high-turnover roles (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Jewellery Consultants).
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce planning and replacement hiring.
Coordinate mass hiring during festive seasons or showroom expansion.
Promote employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure hiring compliance and adherence to company policies.
