Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Post job openings and handle applicant responses
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment processes
Ability to join immediately is a plus.
