What You'll Lead
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Build partnerships with universities, institutes, and recruitment agencies
Maintain professional and structured communication with candidates
Optimize hiring costs using effective sourcing channels
Manage onboarding, documentation, and background verification
Execute structured induction programs for new joiners
Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance formalities
Oversee handover-takeover documentation
Who We're Looking For
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
1+ years of experience in Recruitment or HR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities and time management
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
