We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to support our hiring needs for various IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help us bring the right talent on board.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Post job openings and manage responses.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT job roles (preferred).
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements at once.
Knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Management, or any related field. MBA qualification is preferred.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers may also apply).
Internship or prior experience in hiring will be an added advantage.
