We are looking for motivated

HR Recruiters

to join our HR team. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidate suitability. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Support HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. Blue collar, White collar Hiring.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Education:

Any Graduate

Job location - Nahur West, Near sonapur signal.

Only Immediate Joiners are required.

Males will have to do field recruitment(20-30 percent)

Saturday Sunday will be off.
