We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with a strong interest in growing in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain candidate trackers, interview schedules, and recruitment MIS.
Support onboarding activities, including documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs.
Skills & Requirements
6 months to 1 year
of recruitment experience (preferred in non-IT or similar roles).
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
