Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Support HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (for freshers, training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Sociology, Commerce, or any relevant field.
