Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
Employer Branding:
Promote Ease One Pay as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and labor laws.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs and deliver results.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, preferably in BFSI/Fintech/Service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS.
