Job description:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings.
Sourcing and screening:
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to find candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
Interviewing:
Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate experience:
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and updates.
Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and conduct background checks.
