Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess fitment.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
2. Hiring Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closing candidates.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and joining formalities.
Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs.
Provide regular updates on hiring status and TAT.
Build relationships with external consultants and agencies if needed.
4. Employer Branding & Compliance
Assist in creating strong employer branding through social media and job postings.
Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in candidate interactions.
5. Onboarding Support
Support new joiner onboarding, documentation, and induction planning.
Coordinate with admin, IT, and payroll for new employee setup.
