Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar and technical positions
.
Understand manpower requirements from site in-charges.
Source candidates through
job portals, WhatsApp groups, references, field sourcing
, etc.
Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates till joining.
Maintain recruitment tracker and database.
Build manpower pipeline for urgent and bulk hiring needs.
Support in onboarding and documentation as needed.
Required Skills
Good understanding of recruitment process.
Strong communication & follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple manpower requirements.
Basic Excel knowledge.
Experience in blue-collar hiring is
an added advantage
.
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred but not required).
Candidates with recruitment experience in manpower/technical hiring will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
