Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Source and attract candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Participate in employer-branding activities and career events.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage pre-employment verification, background checks, and onboarding support
