HR Recruiter
to handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video)
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for joining, documentation, and onboarding
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
