Handle end-to-end recruitment for Overseas & Gulf (Middle East) job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen candidates, evaluate profiles, and schedule interviews as per client requirements.
Coordinate with clients and understand manpower needs for Gulf countries.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely onboarding and documentation.
Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and update recruitment trackers.
Assist candidates with visa, medical, and travel-related documentation when required.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Overseas (Gulf) recruitment process.
Overseas/Gulf recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple job positions and work under timelines.
Familiarity with MS Office, job portals, and social media sourcing.
