About the Role:

C5 Health is looking for a passionate and driven

Executive Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, particularly in the

US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

domain. You'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions simultaneously. Source candidates through

LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms

. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines. Handle

bulk hiring for US Healthcare RCM

roles within quick turnaround times. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Executive Recruiter

or similar role. Prior experience in

bulk hiring for the US Healthcare RCM

industry is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods. Graduate in any discipline.

Immediate Joiner preferred.
