Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build strong networks and maintain relationships with candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
