Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and professional platforms
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Resource right trainers for training requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies
