Handle the complete recruitment life cycle - from understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, to final selection and onboarding.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with department heads.
Source potential candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment (Non IT)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools.
