Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT positions -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the point of contact for their hiring needs.
Understand client manpower requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined timelines.
Coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview and onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update management on hiring status.
Handle job postings, database management, and candidate follow-ups professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2-3 years of proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
(experience in HR consultancy preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
