Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job ads on relevant platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.
