HR JD: - Hiring IT and Non IT candidates
1-Execute strategic hiring plans for the following roles:
Sales Executives / Managers
Corporate Trainers / Faculty / Coaches
Digital Marketing Professionals
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
Website Developers (Frontend & Backend)
Interns (various departments)
Write and publish job descriptions across job boards and social platforms.
Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
Coordinate with department heads for final selection and onboarding.
2.Build a scalable organizational structure that aligns with the company's vision.
Define departments, roles, hierarchies, and reporting mechanisms.
Identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for each role.
3. Create and implement company wide HR policies including:
Recruitment and selection
Code of conduct
Leave & attendance
Performance evaluation
Grievance redressal
Disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
Maintain updated employee handbooks and policy documentation.
4.Develop onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Coordinate induction programs and training sessions.
Create development plans for different teams including continuous learning.
5. Design initiatives for employee motivation, wellness, and engagement.
Conduct regular feedback and appraisal cycles.
Develop strategies to minimize turnover and boost team morale.
6. Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and culture fit.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR and organizational matters.
Coordinate with external vendors, training consultants, and staffing agencies when needed.
7. Handle end-to-end operational tasks related to employee background verification (BGV).
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely coordination with verification agencies.
Track and report BGV status for all new hires.
8. Manage the off-boarding process, including exit interviews and documentation. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transitions during employee departures.
9. Conduct performance assessments and collaborate with managers to meet with employees and discuss gaps and areas for improvement.
10. Lead employee engagement activities, including fun events and welfare initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
11. Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, use of social channels such as LinkedIn to engage and source candidates, checking applications, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
12. Handling end to end recruitment from sourcing through Job Portals like
(Naukri, Monster and other professional sites like LinkedIn), screening to conducting face to face interviews. Handling candidates contact in the recruitment process before, under and after hiring.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
