Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups with both candidates and internal teams.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily reports.
Handle onboarding formalities: document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and onboarding.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
