Office Timings: Monday - Friday | 11:30 AM - 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.

Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Handle salary discussion and negotiation with shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with candidates through the entire selection process.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in

recruitment

(mandatory).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
