Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates

: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing

: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Collaboration

: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.

Onboarding

: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Maintaining Relationships

: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Recruitment Metrics

: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to optimize the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

Organizational Skills

: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Decision-Making

: Ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate selection and hiring recommendations.

HR Knowledge

: Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Technical Proficiency

: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹29,667.69 - ₹38,876.20 per month
