Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
