Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further interviews. Manage job postings and maintain a database of potential candidates. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and HR documentation. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
