Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Identify and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and dashboards.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Infra.Health's visibility in the job market.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in infrastructure, healthcare, or construction industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
