Draft and update JDs for various positions across departments.
Sourcing & Screening:
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
Healthcare Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
Coordination:
Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and arrange interviews.
Candidate Management:
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Campus Recruitment:
Coordinate and conduct campus interviews and selection drives.
Reporting:
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate databases for future requirements.
Follow-up:
Ensure timely feedback and closure of positions within the defined timelines.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, especially in healthcare.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong reporting and documentation skills (MS Excel proficiency preferred).
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
