Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers.
Support onboarding activities and coordinate with HR and Admin teams for smooth joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Participate in employer branding activities and job fairs when required.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined timelines.
