Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and role expectations for various departments.
Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and next steps.
Manage and update recruitment reports and trackers.
Support onboarding process of new hires.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (as needed).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.).
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
