Understand hiring requirements for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities until candidate onboarding.
Prepare offer letters and support HR operations as needed.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
