We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our franchise operations. This role involves identifying candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and contributing to building a strong employer brand.

Job Location- Dhankawadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:



Identify hiring needs across franchise operations, including store staff, managerial roles, and support functions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. Build a robust candidate pipeline for critical roles. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Facilitate pre-employment tests and reference checks as required. Create detailed and appealing job descriptions tailored to specific roles. Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor application flow. Promote the company's culture and values through job postings, events, and social media. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates. Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines. Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants. Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies during recruitment. Maintain detailed records of hiring processes and generate regular recruitment reports. Support or assist HR Department for Documentation or any other HR Task.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 years' proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the food or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
