We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment and operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting HR operations within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.

Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Support HR operations such as employee engagement, documentation, and coordination.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment and HR operations.

Domain Expertise: IT recruitment experience is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and join immediately.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
