Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Source and attract candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting calls/interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer rollouts.
Handle pre-joining formalities and ensure seamless onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
end-to-end recruitment
(preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setup).
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
