We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to handle end to end recruitment for various roles including mentors, sales executives, customer service representatives, and admin executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Full cycle recruitment for multiple roles (mentors, sales, customer service, admin executives) Create and post job advertisements on job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports Support onboarding and induction processes Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of HR/recruitment experience Experience hiring for multiple domains (education/mentors, sales, customer service, admin) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, and recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
