who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the recruitment full cycle, excellent communication skills, and be able to collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring targets and improve hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requisitions, job requirements, and selection criteria.
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for skill fit, cultural fit, etc.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate database/tracking system (ATS), ensuring records are up-to-date.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with HR & Legal teams.
Assist in onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of selected candidates.
Participate in employer branding initiatives (job fairs, social media, campus hiring etc.).
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, sourcing channels effectiveness, etc.) and suggest improvements.
Support HR team in other initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, policy implementation) as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house / agency).
Solid knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interviewing, assessing and evaluation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable / Additional Skills
Exposure to hiring for technical roles or specialized domains.
Experience with campus recruitment.
Good understanding of employment laws/regulations.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports.
Stakeholder management: ability to liaise with hiring managers, HR business partners.
