Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.

Understand company requirements and identify the right candidates for various roles.

Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.

Handle onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.

Build strong professional networks to attract potential candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR/Commerce/Management).

Proven experience or internship in recruitment or HR operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
