Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles Source actively through LinkedIn, Naukri etc and referrals; build a pipeline of high-quality talent. Conduct HR screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations Maintain hiring dashboards and metrics to track TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire Drive campus hiring initiatives, manage candidate experience from first call to onboarding.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
