HR Recruiter

Andheri (E), Mumbai

What will you do?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers. Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives, onboarding, and other HR activities.

What are we looking for?

A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.. 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred) A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify cultural fit as well as skill match. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri and other applicant tracking systems. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
