We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR or related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in manufacturing/outsourcing industry).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
