Post job openings on various platforms and manage responses.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
Support HR operations and assist in employee engagement activities.
