As an HR Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews - specifically for roles in architecture, engineering, and BIM. Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements in coordination with technical teams Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Support onboarding processes for new hires Assist with employer branding initiatives and career events
