Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the chemical industry Manage job postings, resumes, and applications. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment sources Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process

Skills :

Must have good knowledge of hiring in the chemical industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
